Alan W. Czarnowsky
Summary of Qualifications
Over twenty-five years experience in project management and engineering,
focused principally on the regulatory and environmental aspects of mining. He
has worked throughout the western United States, including Alaska, as well as
on projects in Canada, Mexico, Peru, Colombia and Russia. Mr. Czarnowsky has
been the Project Manager on numerous environmental impact statements, many of
which have been completed for highly complex and controversial mining projects.
He maintains a thorough working knowledge of federal, state and local
regulations, and he has assisted numerous firms on regulatory compliance and
permitting including reclamation permits, air and water permits, 404 permits,
Section 7 Consultation, and special use permits.
